If you approve Western terrorism laws, then apply the whole package.... investigation, evidence, due process, transparent trials, and judicial oversight...

What you can't do is cite Western laws in one breath and defend disappearances, extrajudicial measures, use of brute force against civilians and questionable trials in the next......

I will however say that Kashmir isn't too bad and won't become like that, the people are not barbaric and violent there

How often do you see a BLA flag in Mahrang's jalsa or at her stage? Perhaps the flag on the grave was forcefully placed by BLA as the state has lost writ in most areas.

Until there is a fair and open trial, I am serious, she is not a terrorist. By a mere standard definition, anyone who violates constitutional rights and international laws/norms can be classified as a terrorist, and anyone who supports such things is an abettor.
