That’s true but 3 crashed already so we’re losing pilots to attrition and tbh yak avionics is similar to sukhoi so familiarity also matters… which airforce probably didn’t plan ahead of. Tbh Indian intervention have kept the airforce behind

I don't think we will get anything until a new democratically elected govt comes in.

In the meantime I hope we at least bolster our multi layered SAM systems. In fact that should be priority anyway before getting high end fighters.

This is a spineless organisation with no real strategic objectives, strategies or motivation.
Bring retired senior army and navy officers back and get them to restructure BAF.

I went through the comment section and some airmen shared their views. One accused the OP of being an arrogant and rude woman with NCOs JCOs and airmen. Another claimed that since the women joined air force, there’s nothing but rudeness and arrogant disrespect towards airmen and apparently the male pilots have always been kinder comparatively.
