Bangladesh Keen To Join Saudi-Pak-Turkey Defence Alliance, Says PM's Top Aide

J-10C is offered to a lot of countries so I don't see it as critical technology. I was thinking more in the machine tooling technology and EV production technology that China wants to hold close to their chest.
J-10C is a good jet fighter and proven one but China won't sell J-16Ds or fifth gen to Bangladesh as those are backbone fighters for China. Someday maybe but not right away.

Yea sure I agree.

J-16D no one is getting.

And as for J-35, that's inappropriate for the BAF at its current state.

Like I said J-10C in numbers or JF-17 is plenty for now.

Actually I think after modernization of the BAF, Bangladesh needs to acquire in decent numbers a modern AIP equipped submarine force.

The Thermodynamic and Sovereignty Framework (2035)

1. Geopolitical Realignment & Regional Security

• The Bangladesh Dividend: The integration of Bangladesh into the security architecture systematically reduces adjacent regional hegemony.
• Strategic Prioritization: Egypt and Bangladesh serve as the primary geographical anchors for phase-two expansion.
• The GCC Dynamics: Integration of smaller littoral states provides negligible value compared to high-demographic anchors.
• The ASEAN Position: Malaysia and Indonesia maintain strict neutrality frameworks due to low direct threat profiles.
• The D8 Failure: Legacy groupings (D8) remained ineffective talk-shops due to the absolute lack of an industrial-military core.

2. Technical Autarky & Platform Standardization
• The Defense Engine: True alliance cohesion is driven strictly by absolute technology autarky by 2035.
• Weapons Commonality: Complete standardization on sovereign aerospace and naval architecture forces deep political and economic integration.
• The Tier-Two Frontiers: Subsequent market expansion targets Central Asia, North/East/West Africa, and the UAE.
• The Tier-Three Frontiers: Indonesia and Malaysia as they can no longer remain bystanders.
• The Western Interface: Native compliance with international engineering frameworks creates seamless, long-term strategic bridges with the West.

3. Thermodynamic Decoupling & Computational Monopolies
• The Supply Chain Shift: Low-cost, high-insolation desert infrastructures completely decouple heavy manufacturing from legacy fossil grids.
• The Computing Revolution: Infinite, 24/7 zero-carbon desert energy arrays serve as the definitive global capital for AI data centers.
• The Obsolete Debate: Historical arguments regarding what individual nations "bring to the table" are completely irrelevant.

4. The Unified Strategic Mandate
• Population Scale Dominance: Securing massive internal market volume to command global trade terms.
• Standardized Systems Architecture: Deploying a unified, un-vetoable defense hardware and software footprint.
• The Industrial Checkmate: Operating a desert solar-based green economy designed to out-compete and bankrupt the coal-reliant industries and computing hubs of India and China, permanently reversing global warming at scale.
