BREAKING - Turkish Airforce F16 crashes - Pilot Safe

Sorry my friend. Definitely not intended. A genuine question, that was all. No more, no less.

In the '90s the Turkish Air Force was better than hours in terms of numbers and I think in large parts of the '90s,probably in aircraft quality. Throughout the 2000s,especially the mid-2000s onwards,Turkey had a quantitative advantage, while we maintained a slightly better qualitative one.

Now,I'm not gonna bore you with the details, but right now the Hellenic Air Force has

  • More than 50 F-16Vs ready (out of an order of 84 to be upgraded)
  • Around 38 F-16 Block 50
  • Around 30-32 F-16 Block 30
  • 24 Rafale F3R
  • 24 Mirage 2000-5 Mk.II
  • Some 33 RF-4E Phantom II PI2000
Turks rely heavily on a larger number of F-16s,mostly Block 30/40/50/50+ and some 30-48 Phantom II Terminator

Anyway, when it comes to fighters,at this current moment we have the qualitative advantage. The Turks have though have more and longer-range AWACS than we do.

We are waiting for 20 F-35s by 2028-2030 and the Turks are waiting for Eurofighters by 2030.

Now,if you thought Turks will react on the above, take a look at this:

Greek pilots have been consistently ranked among NATO's best. Certain Turkish members will go on a rampage at this. When it comes to history too,Turks have had more combat losses than Greeks. Greek aircraft sometimes crashed because of intense dogfights against Turks or because of Turkish pilot's irresponsible and idiotic maneuvers. Of course,Turkish pilots have died in similar situations trying to escape getting locked.

However,TuAF jets have been shot down by: HAF,Syrian Air Defences,Iraqi Air Force and Cypriot Bofors 40.

Who has a better Air Force? Are Greek and Turkish Air Forces relatively even?
well definetely TuAF is better, with backed strong Turkish industry and economy. we can make an f16 from scratch now, but greeks have to import anything for their needs.

Greeks have more aesa fighters now, we have block 30s with aesa now but quantity is about only 30, we can compansate it via airborne and land radars.
greeks needs ammo from abroad we have our own and second largest in NATO, Current greek stocks for about a couple weeks we can continue for years
all Greek airfields are under our ballistic missile range but ours not, they cant operate a proper airfield under this stress
we have UAVs that can stay air for days and seek opportiny to fire missiles but they dont have that luxury,
we have our spy Sats in the space but they have to import that data
we have our own real EW sytems at land, sea and air even cyber, they dont have them
and many.....

How? If that's the case, why have you been asking for F-16Vs from USA and why are you still having trouble with Ozgur upgrades?

That's one problem we have.

all Greek airfields are under our ballistic missile range but ours not, they cant operate a proper airfield under this stress
We have a much denser AA network than you though, still.

We can fly fighters and shoot them down.

we have our spy Sats in the space but they have to import that data
Apart from developing our own Sats,we also have access to French ones.

we have our own real EW sytems at land, sea and air even cyber, they dont have them
and many.....
We already have a few C-UAS systems and soon more C-UAS and EW from other sources ;)
