This is a very, very expensive test mission.

The maximum power of an ICBM is to have it on standby on a launcher, not to launch it.

Cost is probably the least of china worries. But anyway this test is mostly a message to the United states. China has done countless of ballistic missiles tests yearly. How much would a test like this cost? No more than a routine maritime exercise.

No missile can impact Earth rotation.

Forces needed to impact Earth rotation are on another level entirely or Cosmic.

Well I came across a article once it was talking about a Dam being constructed it was claimed the the amount of weight of Dam Scientist feel it has mad some impact on rotation of planet

Now when I read this article I thought if a physical structure can possibly impact the rotation , what would happen if Powerful nukes are used in Large amount

Earth = is floating in space , without friction but if the Nuclear detonation is strong enough in theory it can certainly impact the rotation aspect of Earth. It can create that extra force which can either speed up or reduce the rotation , provided the force Nuclear detonation is massive

• Packing in 7-8 Nukes does creates a massive impact
• I was just visualizing a scenario of large scale usage of these impact weapons, it would be like applying break on rotating structure - a "Jolt"

Nuclear tech under ground can cause earth quakes it is well known
