Chinese 6th Generation Aircraft News & Discussions

Chinese air force places emphasis on safety of pilots.
and those 2 are still in development, and J-20 and your all 4.5th gen fighters doesn't have any safety features? don't be such a retarded and stupid person lol

J-50 and J-36 are ready for serial production in a few years.

@NGAD IS THE BEST

Can't imagine what's going on in the minds of Taiwanese F-16 fighter pilots when they know they are going up against J-50 and J-36 fighter jets which are two generations ahead.

You really think these big birds are for Taiwan?

Those planes in Taiwan are up against long-range rocket artillery, not fighters.

Me 109 fighter pilots must have thought P-51 and P-47 were not coming after them until they did and it was too late.

Look at the test frequency. It's about on par with J-20 prototype 2 or 3 by this stage.
these are much more complex flying machines than J-20, and these are very early in their flying testing phase, i suspect that these jets currently not have any combat oriented avionics, these test flights are only for verifying aerodynamics/ correction of flight surfaces and yet to begin weapon integration/ weapon testing , it takes years to complete

Avionics are pretty much the same as J-20. AESA, EOTS for example.

how do you know ETOS is only one part of avionics, there is lot of other avionics other than AESA/ETOS that should specifically designed for J-36/J-50 such as flight control/engine control etc etc, it will be totally different from J-20

The J-20 made its first flight in 2011 and entered service in 2017. By the time it entered service, a squadron of J-20 prototypes had already been produced.
