Yes, it's interesting that they're still calling the export model FC-31.

The message came.
Due to the poor clarity of the picture, my friend was unable to distinguish the exact version of the fighter or the exact model of the engine. He needed photos with better clarity.

But there was one additional piece of news about the J-35A.

All the agencies involved have signed a “military order” that they will ensure that the J-35A will be able to participate in this year's “September 3rd Parade”.

That's interesting, since allegedly "lyman2003 says someone had seen the J-35A parade formation", however I know he has a rather dubious crdibility:

I guess 09-03 parade is just a special parade so it doesn't have to follow the unspoken convention of regular parades, which only show off the officially inducted equipment.

The latest image (May 2025) suggested that the aircraft is in production at SAC. It was rumored that J-35A is to enter the limited service with PLAAF within 2025, ahead of its naval counterpart.

A factory-fresh J-35A in green primer was seen again supporting claims, that LRIP was initiated.

Again, there’s currently NO official confirmation yet and even more NOTHING that suggests them for being for Pakistan.

Looking forward to the official service of the J35A. I went to the air show twice to see it, a very beautiful aircraft
