well when you have spy sats with radar capability you can detect enemy radars through there elctromagnatic ratiation and we have AEROSTAT radars and ground based radars which when work in tandem on against flat plains area like western punjab& sindh till hindukush ranges gives a very good and clear picture and

since Pakistan is next door and not more than 350Km deep in any of such areas most of them are fairly coverred 365X24X7 by owr multi band and multi layered ground based radars only rest we keep an eye with SAR capabilities of spt sats and drones and use AWACS or AEWs only when there is potential threat scenario

as for your mighty BABURS pr RAAD which you guys alays boast but forget they are slow moving and need to cover atleast 500-750KM before getting any juicy target but owr missiles need to cover only 50 to 350 km at best and most of pakistani targets are well with range of owr regualr artilarry and rocket arilerry like Smerch or Pinaka the rest can be taken care of by likes of Shourya or prahaar type missiles or air launched Bhramose and crystal maze II by Su30MKI and against which you have no defnces but we have more than six layered SAMs for your missiles and offensive assets .. so dont be so happy just yet and China knows this thats why it wants to nagociate and not attack India
