Gaza-Israel Conflict | 2023-2024

Israel is signalling that their upcoming strikes against Lebanon will target Hezbollah infrastructure but will be a significant escalation from prior strikes, causing serious damage to Hezbollah's capabilities.

A big question is whether Israel strikes Beirut airport. Given it was 'only' Druze who died, I lean towards no, but it's an open question.

It is wise to have a war with the idf now than later. The idf has been depleted and a lot of their equipment destroyed or damaged. This along with the war in Ukraine will limit US support for them. Hezbollah and the axis needs to deliberately target Israeli civilian infrastructure. The same tactics the idf employs should be used against them. I don’t condone targeting civilians, but the idf would be to blame.

It would be the most opportune to launch a full assault rather than giving the enemy time to regroup and prepare for an attack. For example, had Saddam attacked U.S. forces while they were gathering in the Middle East, he could have inflicted some damage, knowing that the West was coming regardless.

I think we are going to find how little worth is of the so called 150k missiles are compared to the Israel can achieve in terms of “actual” sheer destructive force that Israel can and will bring to the table… look at how many buildings and infrastructure Israel can destroy versus what hezb can do…

Hezb against tanks and small fixed infra has been effective but they cannot bring to bear the same level of destructive power that Israel can to Lebanon…

Cool calculating heads need to prevail here…

Yep Jared Kushner will start whispering into Trumps ear
One source briefed on the conversations said Republican senators have privately asked Kushner to head up the agency. According to the source, Kushner has said he is “focused on his family and his business,” and would wait until late summer to consider serving as the nation's top diplomat. Kushner declined to comment.Jan 31, 2024

Jared Kushner runs a billion dollars investment fund investing in Palestine and the Middle East. Largest investor is the Saudi Wealth Fund.

Along with Israeli vassel states: USA, Britain, Germany, etc.

Time is running out. Bibi is dragging this out until Trump gets in.

Once Trump gets in, Shock And Awe 2.0

And a war with Iran.

Don't know where people get the idea Trump is not for war. In Trump's first six months, he dropped more bombs than Obama did in an entire year.

the question is how long can the idf sustain a massive bombing campaign? Hezbollah tactics are different. The escalation ladder is important to consider if the idf targets large civilian areas than the axis should do the same. This will create consequences for their indiscriminate bombing. As we know they are very casualty adverse especially civilian. If the cost is high than the idf will not be soo off the leash as we think. Hezbollah will certainly bring the war into israel as well by both land and air.

I think Iran actually have the upper hand, the USA might need Iran to do them a favour, they really really don't want Israel to escalate the war, they would have to fully go into the war, support the war fully whilst also taking on Russia

You could go as far as saying they risk their pre eminence for Israel

Its not sustainable.

Hezbollah has informed mediators that its red line is Beirut and that targeting Beirut will lead to Hezbollah responding with ballistic missiles.

Meanwhile, in Beirut:

Lebanese people cannot be broken. If the Satanic entity goes to war with the people of Lebanon, the people of Iran and the entire Resistance Axis will not let the Lebanese people be destroyed and turn Lebanon into Gaza. Hezbollah are our kin and we stand with them, and fight alongside them.

Trump has said he will end the Russian Ukraine war on day one.

Trump has shown about zero concern for the Palestinians.

Americans have been conditioned over the decades on the lie WWII brought them out of The Great Depression, that many struggling may think a big war will get them better hours and more pay.

What's the possibility of Russia or China lending support with the escalation?

Russia especially, what can you expect?

The us is really spreading itself

This is possible, Israel trumps Ukraine easily, forgive the pun 😇

In which case Russia will want a good deal, or no deal and keep going

All those Ukrainian lives? Sad.
