I think if Resistance force of Palestine/Lebanon had similar war head as the one being used by Israel the stakes would be equal

The Rockets are quite successful no doubt but the difference is the warheads

There is not much difference between capabilities of Resistance force of Palestine /Lebanon or what Israel uses

I would imagine, if a bunker was under a building, HB knew this could be uncovered so maybe they went under the bldg and reached 1 bunker, opened a door and walked through a tunnel 200-300 meters to another fortified location and have bunker 1 as a decoy. I am no expert but this is what i would do.
