As far as I know, there is no organized Pakistani-Australian community in Sydney.. If both father and son used to go to Karachi Biryani, Gupshup or Lal Qila to enjoy food, and that's the community you are referring to, I won't be surprised.

I have heard it from a friend who is a senior detective in the NSW Police force (I used to teach at Goulburn Academy), so far it has not let me down.

And there are a few Pakistani-Australian communities here in Sydney. I used to live in Granville and Auburn. There are a few groups here in Sydney, one of which is based in Granville.

If you think about it 99% of people wouldn’t have enough guts to do this act. The father and son had appeared to have done research on this event taking place and where best place to shoot from. Did we not see a trained US Agent woman fumbling around when Trump got shot made a right mess on live Tv. These two did not panic stayed very calm and focus. What ever little knowledge they had in laying a trap they’ve caused hell of lot of loss

Well, as I said, they are prepared, but they aren't trained to the point that I see in Afghanistan. Also, it's really rare for an organised group to recruit a father and son. I will say both have some type of tactical training, but they weren't trained or rehearsed for the attack, because their movement seems random. You have multiple weapons, multiple locations, and they weren't in control of the situation. You know they weren't in control when one member of the public was able to turn the gun on them; the threat could have been halved at that moment if Ahmed Al Ahmed had pulled the trigger and immobilised the shooter.
