You know the RDY-3 is basically a tweaked RDY-2 with improved SAR, basically the same radar. You do know that right?

The fact you are arguing about how good a 25 year old non AESA radar with 50km detection range is sums up everything.

The Mirage 2000 upgrade for India came 10-15 years too late. In an AESA world and when 100km+ BVR missiles are slowly becoming the norm this is a waste of resource.

UAE, Qatar and others are now retiring these planes, India is in the middle of introducing them

"Tweaked" is your choice if words to underplay the upgrade.
Why don't Pakistanis build some aero radar. Let's see how "tweaking" goes.

Rdy-2 alone has 120km- 5m2 RCS capability. Go read more type less schoolboy .

IAF is a professional force and can very well decide what is best for it.
F-16 was introduced many decades back, but is still relevant, due to constant upgrades. It reminds one of the most potent and widely employed fighter across the world.
Why can’t M2000 or any other aircraft upgraded and kept relevant?
Trolls can’t see it for obvious reasons.

MK IA, has some of the best systems and capabilities and can give a run for its money to any other fighter in this region.

No one is denying IAF is a professional source, but think we can all agree some purchases have been dubious or come far too late, its just tragic that many posters here will defend anything the IAF does due to nationalistic pride, to the point they make up stats and run away when asked for sources. If you are scared of a debate just keep quiet would be my advice.
