It's so funny seeing the indians and pakistanis now competing against each other in how to fix an election. The once so called bastion of "democracy" is now copying pakistani politics, and as they say, imitation is the best form of flattery, the pakistanis should feel quite proud. I have to say the indians are doing a really good job at it, their election fixing is quite subtle and nuanced, not blatant and in your face like the pakistanis.

But what is ironic is that even in the fixed elections of pakistan, the religious parties always perform quite poorly, but the so called "secular" indians are now outcompeting the pakistanis in constructing an authoritarian religious state...how very ironic indeed!

btw, I was in India couple of weeks ago during MH voting, the ground reality is a bit unpredictable in my area at least. Lot of local vote shuffling between the broken parties, both sides are confident of winning. Plus less turnout due to hellish heat (that was the worst part of my trip).

One thing I noticed is that congress is still pretty incompetent, they are running Hindi ads on Marathi news channels, how stupid do you have to spend all that money on running constant ads (a lot more than bjp from what I saw) and then not have them in the local language.

In Maharashtra BJP will do OK on their seats. Is the seats with the SS Shinde is the question.

The divisions Modi is creating in India. After our good for nothing leadership comes into its senses and stop going after PTI and Imran Khan, and instead bother to do their job the advantage we can take right now is monstrous. As for Indian Muslims, their whole patriotism was based on abusing Pakistan to prove their loyalty to India. So they needed a much needed wake up call, which they are getting. In Congress time at least their used to be hypocritical cover of being secular and trying to keep Muslims happy also. That is gone now, those lynchings, citizenship act and other attacks on Hijab and support of Israel is making it all clear. Time to get all the benefits from it.

Dude you have really bad habit of overestimating yourself. It backfired for you in 2019 and will backfire now. Even Kargil War which you brag about. It took you 40000 soldiers and 100 fighter jets to take on 2500 Jihadis and Para Military of Pakistan combined, and still war went on for around 3 months and even after all this Pakistan is still sitting on at least 6 peaks in Kargil including the highest peak called point 5353.
