That’s the irony.

History’s great powers didn’t spend their time writing surrender terms on their rivals’ forums. They achieved their objectives and dictated the outcome.

If India truly possessed the overwhelming dominance you claim, it wouldn’t need your sales pitch. The fact you’re making one suggests persuasion is doing the work that power hasn’t.

Pakistanis badly want India to reinstate this treaty. Just wont happen anymore.

Pakistan will do what is in Pakistan's interests and India will do what is in India's interests. Both may well clash again.

The smart money is on more French titanium being delivered to Punjabi scrap metal dealers if that happens

Been following IWT threads for few years.
When India politely asked for renegotiation of the treaty few years ago we got an arrogant no. No mending of their policies vis-a-vis India and supporting terrorism in India.

When India quashed IWT and said deal with it, a typical "DABDA" response with a witty humor.
'oh, the water diverted is so miniscule", " oh, we have enough buffer", "oh, China will divert India's share of water"
essentially accepting that there is no response from their side.

Its funny to see the Pakistanis in this forum who still believe that they can bring India to the negotiation table. The bus is long gone.

Just learn to live with the consequences.
