Usa left Afghanistan possibly with some guarantees to use them against Iran later on. They also left many weapons intact to be taken by Taliban later on. There were also border clashes in 2021 and 2023 between Iran-Afghanistan initiated by the Afghan side. Afghanistan is not trustable that is true but it doesnt mean the trade route cannot be used tactically by Iran with the condition that there would be alternate routes and plans if Afghanistan backstabs Iran later on.
So putting all eggs in one basket and not thinking the backstabbing by the other side would be naive. Not making a deal is also a mistake since Pakistan route is about to be closed if not closed yet. Same with Russia trade routes can be opened there too but we all know by now how putin does business. So keeping eyes open for other side backstabbing and getting tactial gains are Irans responsiblity in these agreements.

Picking one side and believing them would result in failure but tactical agreements can work as long as Iran is careful about the other side moves and motives.

Im not sure about pakistan but turkey will not directly attack Iran. They have learned their historical lesson and havent looked at Iran the wrong way in over 200 years.

Now considering this Eu role in this drama coordinated by Usa is to act as if they are independant from Usa and offer hand to Iran as a next move. While putin will possibly make smaller moves to distance from Iran following the script. Maybe Xi too will make some moves depending on if he gained total control Ccp. But not banking too much on Eu side protecting enough connection with Russia-China would negate both possible Putin and Xi moves. Resisting immediate reactions to these staged events before jumping into immediate conclusions and thinking beforehand is key for Iran.

A usa-israel engineered new nuclear deal with Eu perhaps while Eu playing the good cop can be detrimental for Iran if it creates security gaps and most probably it will.
