I don't buy that, do you?
The 12 day was a good wakeup call......but let's be honest we paid a price for that wake up call. The idea of us being bolder, and dictating terms is far from the truth......Trump is no longer concerned with us, he thinks he neutralized us....let's try and keep it that way, till we can build up deterences.
With that said, there was some ground shifting going on after the attack.....I don't know if you agree, the ringkissing commanders got up off their fat asses and did some things, (no more speeches, no more empty slogans...etc) such as pushing for Jets, up graded air defense, and reconstituting Hezbollah....one of the best things was to convene the Security council and appointing Larijani. Also, as I understand it, they redirected the budget towards things that actually worked during the 12 day war...namely the missiles.
