no, Kuwait has a plethora of air defense systems acquired from a variety of international suppliers. These systems are not operated by very competent, experienced and motivated personnel. I mean the Kuwaiti armed forces disappeared overnight when Saddam invaded Kuwait so my expectations are low.

They run on the same C4I structure (at least when I was there in 2003). There would be either a US Air Force colonel in charge of AD or a USAF liaison if the base is small. And you don't generally do that before you launch a missile anyway. I once had a British Tornado drift into our AO in Afghanistan by accident. They shut down the entire grid to make sure everyone is on the same page, so nothing stupid would happen.

I dunno, maybe they are incompetent to this level? Otherwise, they know it was USAF F-15s.

this mode use to be on MIM-23 I-Hawk, i still remember one battery was in auto-mode unmanned in starting of Gulf war 1992 at Kuwait, it opened fire automatically shot down SU-22s and Mi-17 helicopters of Iraq.

I think PAC-3 battery was on Auto Mode.

Depends on which side in the conflict comes out ahead. A repeat of Syria in Iran, no guess needed who'd be ahead. An Iran standing united and with its missiles intact, a debacle for Israel-America.

Iran should activate special operations in enemy territory through small commando teams:
- regime change in Bahrein
- units attacking airdefence equipment in Jew-CC States.
- capturing/killing enemy forces in the region
- live intelligence collection

Also activate sleeper cells to cause mayhem.
