It's quite established fact that US has significantly reduced the capability of iran to fire MRBMs.
And who says US has ran out of targets in Iran?
Contrarily, US is commiting more and more strategic bombers to bring even higher firepower against Iran.

You forgot Iran has thousands of decoys too so the US will waste munitions on the wrong targets. And bombings can only destroy existing stocks if they get lucky and hit the correct sites; they can't stop production completely especially for the plants at underground mountain bases deeper than 300 meters below the mountain. Iran is a large country with 90+ million so there is a limit to what the US can achieve just from conventional aerial bombings unless if they want to use Nukes. Note that those Precision Munitions like JASSMs all needs Rare Earths to make, so every munition spent can't be replenished easily if China blocks export of REs to USA.

Therefore, to stop weapons production entirely inside Iran, they'd have to invade Iran by land to capture territory, which is an impossible task anyway.

To be honest, he is playing his cards right by being diplomatic. He is trying to control the damage and reassure his neighbours.

Everyone knows Trump is the biggest loser here. He knows he screwed up so badly and still have to run his mouth to prove he is victorious. He has cried wolf too much, and other than his MAGA supporters, no one really buy his words much.

A poorly crafted message by Iran that creates a sense of fear, of defeat through the use of defeatist language. There was no need to "apologise".

Trump has interpreted his message as weakness and any doubts Trump creates for himself, get washed away with these type of statements.

The message was poorly crafted and delivered. It maybe time to have a proper spokes person who makes these statements properly !!!!
