It's a hypothetical scenario, but if we capture American soldiers, we should treat them exactly as what they would be: Prisoners of War.

I didn't mean put them in 5 star hotel. I meant treat them according to international conventions as POW and use them for maximum messaging that Iran is not the bad guy as West/GCC has portrayed it for almost half a century. Remember that before West attacks someone, they first demonize, then sanction and isolate.

It baffles me that Iranians haven't been able to capitalize on the Whole SAR operation beyond a Single A-10 despite lots of low flying easy to target aircraft flying.

It points to quite a few things.
1. It means that the IRGC is not able to move forces quickly. This could be due to command and control issues
2. Lack of MANPADs. This needs to be addressed ASAP
3. The US might also take notice of this and makes me wonder how the IRGC plans to stop them if they quickly move 2-3k troops inside Iran.
4. There is indeed limited air superiority. Yes a few aircraft did get shot. But slow moving UH-60s and A-10s survived and went back. The fact that the pilot was rescued looks bad on the IRGC

If someone hasn't already realized by now that Iran is the victim of an unprovoked war by the US and Israel, they will never understand later either. But yeah, we should treat them as POWs under international law. I agree with you.

So the funny thing has Iran by now destroyed or damaged more aircraft of multiple air forces be they on the on land or air than what they did to Irans extremely obsolete air forces billions of dollars by now

@Kyussis If this is one of our cluster munitions, I think 10kg-30kg is a pretty accurate estimate for its weight.

We should stop firing cluster warheads though. They seem ineffective for causing widespread damage and the Israelis are no longer intercepting them. It's a foolish tactic at this point.
