Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I expect them not to allow a C-130 to refuel helicopters in our territory without hesitation and fear.

Our tribal men showed more courage than our forces. They even hit and damaged a Black Hawk.
You think they flew over Army positions and the Army was too scared to fire at them?

What ramifications can we expect from this operation?

Here are my thoughts:

  • US will likely go back to resorting to stand off munitions and reduce flights deep inside Iran or limit them to F-35 on limited incursions and B-2 aircraft for deeper ones
  • U.S. will be less likely to want to fly deep into Iran to do the Isfahan uranium extraction option if they aren’t even willing to lose one or two pilots.
  • Iran will likely realize (if it hasn’t already) considerable weaknesses in its rapid response forces to respond to threats in remote regions and will work to reinforce critical sites located in more remote areas and bases.
  • Trump will likely feel that a ground game for the islands or coastline is safer bet than the uranium operation

Is that all that you understood from my post? Seriously?

They were conducting CSAR ops deep inside our territory in two of our provinces where 99% of our oil comes from. Our troops didn't even get there after 24 hours.

Do you remember how you laughed when I said without an air force, you cannot even transport your troops where you need them? Now keep laughing.

Sounds like they lost two C130s and almost didn't make it out. All this to rescue one pilot. Not exactly encouraging as far making bolder moves.
That hasn't been confirmed yet.

That's embarrassing. Two C130's destroyed ?

Is Trump admin trying to pass this off as a victory ? How many more aircraft are we gonna lose ever since making Fox News host our Defense Secretary?
All these losses for 1 F-15 crew and people here are crying that It made Iran look bad because it didn't turn out like the Hollywood movie they think war is in their head!

Got to keep in mind no Iranian aircraft have been spotted for weeks flying anywhere in Iran so it would be very difficult to find and then secure that downed terrorist just by searching from ground.

Surprising thing for me was lack of manpad cover for these kind of low flying aircraft. There was reports Iran ordered a bunch ftom Russia if true it means they might lack sufficient coverage.

Iran should make a rapid response force specialized for this kind of thing

I get you're pissed off but you are starting to sound desperate in finding a win in all this.
