Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

…ballistic missiles doing real damage as part of an actual strategy against Israel is not work at all.
Iranian ballistic missiles raining down in Israel almost every night are doing some serious psychological damage to Israelis who thought of themselves as God’s chosen people and thus "invincible".

That is the type of precision that can only be achieved by cruise missiles, and not ballistic missiles. Lesson for all militaries watching this war.

You and @ShapurII need to stop being “Panicans”

Iran a country with military budget of $20B is fighting the two greatest militaries on Earth at the same time to a strategic stalemate per its defense doctrine.

What’s the Chinese government and publics view on Irans retaliation against Arab countries hosting US bases? What’s your personal view?
Dubai harbours some of China's most wanted criminals, most folks here consider Iran is doing China a big favor and wish the pounding on UAE to continue:)

Let’s do a thought expeirment:

A) Iran is going easy on Israel because of internal politics or IRGC planning

B) iran is going easy on Israel because it simply can’t strike Israel hard

It’s one of these two options. If it’s A then that means it can strike Israel hard as we have seen with the Dimona strikes two weeks ago. So it retains the capability and thus likely will use it when they want.

If it’s B then no amount of complaining will change the facts, will it?

Hence we can only wait and see either way. I also know there is severe censorship on military targets inside Israel. Many strikes don’t get reported as either intercepted or hit. No satellite imagery is released by anyone. This will come out once the war is over.
Fair enough. There's an option C though.

C) Iran is going easy on Israel because Israel is a nuclear state and Iran is not.

But you are right. Complaining will not change it. It is what it is, but we have to find a way to overcome this limitation.

Iran is not going easy on israel. Their interceptors are depleting. When they further deplete and the war becomes intensive as time goes on, Iran will unleash hell on israel with newer, more advanced deadlier missiles especially if they continue to mass bomb civilian and energy targets. Iran doesn't want to use all it's cards right now. Patience is the key. Right now, Iran must expedite the development of several nuclear weapons devices.
No, my point is that Israel has only two refineries in Haifa and Ashdod. If you obliterate these two, there will be no jet fuel and gasoline in Israel after a few days.

Whenever Iran hits Israel, we do a cosmetic damage. We hit a storage tanker or something in that scale, instead of going for things that can render it unoperational for months.

If my memory serves me well, at its peak, the Russians damaged barely 60% of Ukraine's grid. They didn't fully obliterate it, but damaged it.

Because they couldn’t. They have tried for months and years to knock out the grid. Then gave up. Then retired again. They have fired drones, missiles, bombs, cms. It’s not that easy.

Russia didn't act like a genocidal state in Ukraine. They did hit civilian infrastructure, but nothing like what Israel or the US would do to Iran.

Putin has tried his best to knock the Ukraine grid. He simply has failed to. Now his own energy facilities are getting blown off the face of the earth.

Right now Russia as we speak is facing greater financial losses than Iran, at north of $1B dollars a day loss of income due to Ukraine attacks on its energy.

By such logic, Russia should wipe Ukraine off the face of the map.

See photos and documents of an American soldier named "Amanda Rider," after she was found among the wreckage of a destroyed plane in Isfahan. The documents include an entry visa for "Israel."

They main destruction will come if the war continues.

the thing about rescuing the 2nd F15 pilot

Iran should not even have tried to locate him

instead they should have focused on hitting rescue team which would lead to dozens of casualties

remember Operation Eagle Claw? it cost Ronald Reagan his Presidency

if Iran managed to down say the 1 x C130 or even the Black Hawk it would have been a total disaster for Trump

they knew Americans would be coming to rescue, they knew flight paths and general areas

they should have flooded it with MANPADS and get the rescue flights in or out shot down

forget about the F15 pilot no one cares about the pilot he's worthless when you have a dozens of special forces coming in to rescue you have much bigger targets

I really wish Iran had taken down the rescue force or at least part of it

it would be worth x 10 pilot I think they wasted allot of resources on finding him for reason , resources which could have been used to better effect
