We’ve gifted China a once in a lifetime opportunity to end the Bretton Woods world order, completely renegotiate strategic and economic alliances. Even control over two of the most critical chokepoints. They’d be foolish to pass, but I still can’t see China risking physical confrontation with the US. We’ve even done most of the work on that front too. But I still can’t see it.

They don't need physical confrontation, they can simply start shipping more and more arms to Iran, more intelligence support, build massive presence near Taiwan, straining U.S.

I'm sure there is also other things they can do as well to further put pressure on U.S.

I think maybe they could even send their own tankers to collect the oil escorted by ships. Of course I don't think they will get aggressive (takes a while to escalate), but just as a show of force.

Fighter jets, vehicles, artileries, small arms, ammunition, food, and medicine were all provided by the two major communist powers at the time. Their supplies through Laos were also uninterrupted.

Now, question to you, with the exception of a few Shia Arab resistance groups in Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen, do you see any major power coming to the aid of Iran?

Laos was the most bombed country in the world during the 60s and still hold that record as of now. Cambodia was also bombed for sports during the 60s. Don't let the American media make you believe they spared the supply lines of North Viet Nam.

This is not a reason. The Persian Gulf is small, and the CM-302 is enough to destroy warships in the Gulf. And Iranians should understand that the Chinese government cannot provide YJ-21. The real reason is that Iranians have once again been deceived by Trump.
