Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Iranians are pretty ghaad darn civilized (westernized n educated) compared to them Afghanis and eventually there's goin be some semblance of an agreement/ truce/ detente. US/ Iran can get their shit together and talk, down da road and more than likely do business together. Not far fetched a narrative.

Right but only to the extent the Israeli lobby could be resisted. There are powerful forces in America who are working against the American interests in the Middle East. A result of this war at the behest of Israel is an almost certain weakened American position in the Middle East and with possible damage to the Petro Dollar gravy train.

But when a person of the stature of VP Vance says--as he recently said-- that USA may have to have detente with Iran whether Israel likes it or not then that tells you where the wind is blowing. No future American President would agree to wage another war like this against Iran despite Israel's influence. This would be the last war and only happened because two people happened to be in office at the same time: Netanyahu and Trump. This is their personal war.

Is the 60-day "pause" for talks, an attempt to refill the worlds oil coffers, and manage oil price before the USA tries again ?! Have we really seen the end, or is this just a pause?

And what are any of the Muslim countries including Turkey and Pakistan doing anything to protect this fortress? Right! Absolutely nothing.

Pakistan and to a lesser extent Turkey have played a key role in preventing an all out Arab-Iran war especially restraining Saudi Arabia. Not everything has to be a hot war. And, as Chas Freeman keeps saying, there is going to be an almost certain new order in the Middle East after this war with diminished American presence in that region and a Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia led order. The Arab countries will be more engaged with Iran.
Here is Chas hinting toward what is coming up. I greatly respect his voice.

The problem with this 14 point plan, if true, is that it doesn’t call Israel (and its occupation of southern Lebanon) out explicitly when it comes to ending the war in Lebanon.

The problem is that this is a US-Iran agreement only, and Israel can say it is not a party to this agreement; hence it can continue its actions in southern Lebanon.

Soar found an impact on a newly-built hangar (2025) at ISA Air Base in Bahrain, base hosting US Navy P-8 Poseidon.

The damage was done between June 2-7, IRGC targeted US Bases in Bahrain with Missiles & Drones on June 3 & June 6.

If that's really also the most important demand of Iran then I don't see any peace deal happening.

Because if Iran considers the US bases in the region as a threat to its security at the same time US consider those bases as extremely valuable. Through the presence of this hard power, US enjoys complete hegemony in the region and earn 100s of billions by extortion (oil rich countries spending 100s of billions of dollar on US equipment that's ultimately controlled by the US in the end. That drives US mega defense industry and employs thousands in the US. Also the hegemonic control pushes oil rich countries of region to invest in the US with close to trillion dollars).

So US wants absolute control of that region always. US cannot afford to leave the region as Iranian general demanded. It will be massive blow to US foreign policy and hegemony. US would prefer war but not accept withdrawal from the region.

The middle ground could be that they both decides that few bases to be abandoned like US 5th fleet HQ in Bahrain. That keeps US navy destroyers all in and around PG and strait of hormuz and bases in Iraq and Kuwait. But US will keep bases in KSA, UAE and others for sure.

lol - I would be shocked if that is true! It reads like a surrender document for the USA.

It does not specify the "Israeli" withdrawal from Lebanon nor the end of the destruction of properties and other civilian infrastructure that "Israeli" forces are carrying out in South Lebanon. So for the people of South Lebanon, it is not good enough.

Hopefully, all fronts will include Gaza in addition to Yemen.

Correct, though Pakistan hasn't been that bad, we been doing everything possible to stop the war.
Though Turkey(govt) on other hand is literally advancing the zionist project, WEST puppet neutered Syria is one example.

Turkey is helping Syria to rebuild its military and stand on its own feet. Syria currently is in reconstruction mode.
