We have +900 kilometers of border with Afghanistan.
You want to patrol every inch of it?
First of all, it will take a couple of years to fully seal the border. Secondly, properly trained people such as Mossad agents will cut the fence off and jump over the cement blocks.

We need to be able to track Afghan nationals using street cameras. They are a serious security threat.

But reality is Turkey has always spoken against any war by Israel in region As Azerbaijan are closely tied to Turkey I suspect their foreign policy will be very similar to Turkey. Turkey has also been vocal supporter of Palestine issue
