Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

So Iranians toppled the Shah to go from a western client state to an Eastern one?

And what makes you think China even has a desire to have Iran in its orbit after repeated rejections by the Iranian side for 20 years?

Why is that Iran’s problem? Iran’s problem is it decided to pick one cause and bet the entire country and its future on it before actually building a country that could enforce that cause.

The only country hypothetically that can stand up to the Zionists is China, because they have the socio economic and military apparatus to do so. Iran had none of these. It was fighting a country that had the full backing and might of US economic and military empire.

Why should iran care what happens to Egypt or Jordan? They have Saudi Arabia and Turkey to help them.

Right now as Iran is the most vulnerable it has been since Iran/Iraw war who do you see rushing to help Iran?

NK? Nope
China? Nope
Russia? Nope
Iraq? Nope
Any Arab countries? Besides Yemen? NO!

Nukes aren’t going to save you. You think if you had nukes the U.S. wouldn’t bomb Natanz/Fordow? That Israel wouldn’t? Of course they would, because they know Iran isn’t going to fire a nuclear weapon in response. Deterrence was lost a long time ago by this incompetent set of leaders Iran has.
Yep I agree. That's why Ive been saying, it is too late to go nuclear now.

Look how infested with Mossad and traitors the country is.... the system is infested with these roaches.

Iran is incredibly vulnerable already. The moment they detect a rush for a weapon, and they will detect it, America will finish off Iran completely. Stop saying everything is fine. Iran is in deep trouble.

It's time to find an alternative deterrent.

Because the nuclear data that were taken out of Iran by Israel show iran was working on some explosive devices before 2000.

The question is why deny something that Iran previously admitted to IAEA and is not even something that they care about
Guess who admitted to the West that Iran had worked on plutonium reprocessing?

I'll give you a hint: you won't like to find out the answer.

At the very least, nukes cap hostilities to hit and go and prevent it from out of hand escalation.

Besides that, it allows Iran to respond proportionally. I'm not talking about a nuclear war. Even conventionally, without nukes, a non-nuclear state is handicapped. Israel killed over 1100 Iranians but we didn't dare to take revenge for that. We could've easily hit critical Israeli infrastructure and cripple the country. Why didn't we do that? Because Israel is a nuclear state and we're not.

There is absolutely no doubt that nuclear weapons, given Iran's strategic depth compared to Israel, will enable Iran to respond proportionally to future Israeli strikes.

They did not vote for sleepy no-plan pezeshkian but rather voted against the system that ruined the economy and cannot provide even water and electricity who now plans to import from Russia and Turkmenistan while it flares of 17 billion m3 of gas annually. The same system that created the social conditions for the jews to recruit thousands of saboteurs and brought in millions of Afghans who betrayed us for not even $100. Actually the majority did not vote at all. In fact, khamenei allows the reformists to be elected every other cycle and ruin Iran's relations with nations like China because it suits his goal of keeping Iran weak and poor. Reformists play their role as the wreckers to pass blame onto as he continues to block military development.

The people are grasping at straws, at anything they can...without going to jail or getting killed. They want to stick their thumb in the eye of the leader and every other yoyo that has the black mark on their foreheads, you know the kind...they start every speech uttering "In the name of God" ....they remind of the old Politburo members of the old USSR....with their Red Star pin on their jackets.

People didn't vote at all. Participation was less than 25%.
Pezeshkoon's legitimacy is already challenged because of that.

But let's not forget who engineered the presidential election like this.

official turnout in the second round was just under 50%

they have to let a reformist win every so often to keep turnout close to 50% but even that is not working so well anymore

IRI suited USSR because so Shahi Iran does not compete with Russia as Iran always have in Central Asia, Caucasus, Caspian.
Not really. Iran during Shah was a US ally or a vassal state, call it as you wish. In terms of the Cold war it was a win situation for Moscow. But in terms of ideology it wasnt. A theocratic state on the borders of the USSR wasnt exactly a dream for the Soviets, but we can say the same for a royal ruling state. So it was a win as long as US lost an ally, that being said, everything else was pretty much the same for us.

But tbh with the start of the 80s our problems were already way too big and deep, the regime in Iran didnt really matter in that time.

People ousted the shah, it was a peoples revolution, will of the people. A lot of traumatized royalists are searching for reasons/excuses. They have a non-organized, divided, fringe movement in exile, just like Russian monarchists who want to restore House of Romanov.

Shah created the "Bill of Capitulation," a 1964 Iranian law granting diplomatic immunity to American military personnel and citizens in Iran, for example if they would kill or rape an Iranian woman, Iranian authorities would not be allowed to judge and punish them according to local laws.

Furthermore he gave Bahrain away (I don't know how such person as some claim, would or could hypothetically reclaim Turkmenistan and Azerbayjan).

Had he stayed, I'm sure there would be a danger for Iran to become a west-proxy like Georgia or Ukraine against Neighboor Russia.

Furthermore Shah did not allow any critic, had only 1 party, 1 media. He did some good things as well ofcourse, but he did not enough to prevent a revolution.

With all the goods and bads, people closed his chapter in Iran.

It was about 30% in Tehran, if I'm not mistaken. However, even some officials claimed that the real turnout was lower.

Anyway, the hottest news now is that a member of the Council of Experts has claimed that it was Russia that leaked confidential information about our air defenses to Israel. And he isn't a reformist. He's close to Khamenei and his circle.

Here we go with Iranians living outside Iran speaking for 90 million people!

How would Russia have access to information about Indigenous Iranian Air defense systems to give to Israel?

now Russia is drafting a UNSC resolution to postpone the snapback deadline

it is very unlikely to pass as the US and E3 oppose it

Why are you asking me? I refer you to your old comment that said you were not part of the system. Neither am I. You should ask him for more information.

All I'm saying is that a member of the Council of Experts has said that. Maybe he's referring to S-300s but I know as much as you or any other person here.

seems unlikely

council of experts is filled with 90 year old clerics. doubt they have their finger on the pulse on military affairs

conflicting reports on Iran-EU negotiations to extend the snapback deadline

Iranian sources indicate an agreement is close, while Western sources claim the EU is not satisfied with Iran's proposals and unless Iran agrees to reinstate full IAEA access, they will invoke snapback in the coming days.
