You do realize that reddit is by far the most ridiculous place to discuss/learn about Iranian affairs, right? Reddit is by far the most left-leaning medium you can find. It's like you want to find out about the American society by looking at what people on reddit say.

If things were as reddit shows they are, Kamala Harris had won the presidential race with +400 electoral votes and 90% of the popular vote.

Bullshit survey made by opposition

Reddit is ultra pro Israel and Israelis disguised as Iranians talks on behalf of us there

Cut the crap and stop embarassing yourself.

In the last 5 years, 44 countries received major equipment including drones, missiles, ships, radars, and aircraft .

Are all these 44 nations your strategic partner?

You can not sell to Iran military equipment because you are very afraid of US sanctions.

However you are allowed to continue sell your low quality products. That's fine with the US. But do not cross their red lines or there will be trouble for you.
Stop talking nonsense, you talking J 10C and up. Why dont you get quality weapons from some other good suppliers, you despise Chinese products so much, why you want them anyways. Chkna has the right to decide who to sell its weapons, period.

It must be very painful for him. ;)

Yes, they are on the way to land in Iranian Airport...way is long...decades long...

For rumors that Chinese are afraid of leaking sensitive information about their J-10 jets, entire program is taken from Israelis long time ago...nothing spectacular could be found
Just pure nonsense from rumors about Israel crap. Pus, J 10C is an advanced 4.5 gen fighter that is totally different from barely 4.0 gen J 10A original ones that "supposdly" got some dedign from Israel according to you, lol.

What 44 countries get are just small toys like drones tanks and so on, while Iran wants 4.5G fighters, 5G fighters, and even a whole system consisting of dozens of anti-stealth radars. Are the two the same? If you just want some low end weapons like drones artillery tanks no one cares if you continue to use GPS. but when you want the whole system, do you think China will agree to expose that to western surveillance? Even have spy devices in your pagers.

Like another Chinese member said, there is no covenant between China and Iran, but it is in China's interest for the Iranian government to exist. China can provide military equipment, but only if it cleans up the GPS and gives the ports to China as agreed. China would also provide $400 billion in investment as agreed.

Ok, until cleaning process is done, entire hi-tech military equipment and weapon could be handled by Chinese crew, on Chinese language, on tactical level would be semi-autonomous, just align objectives with Iranian military command against idf...if negotiations fail, they will freely back home and politicians will try different approach to deal in this sensitive matter...

This could be win-win opportunity...

I have serious doubts about how that information was collected. Wouldn’t surprise me if Irans result was simply skewed based on the source (maybe Iranian expats who are pro Israel)

Some subreddits continue to lean left but remaining reddit has gone hard right, just like most of social media and politics in the West. It's been quite a rapid transformation last 5 years. There are also subreddits entirely controlled by Zionists like worldnews , where any criticism of Israel gets you banned from the site. Reddit is also astroturfed to the moon.

Then my feed is exclusively far-left lol
Maybe it's just me, but I think reddit is by far the most left-leaning website in the US. For every famous subreddit that leans right, there are 10 more subreddits that lean left.

Reddit isn't left leaning. Just the standard establishment pro-imperialist liberal.

Very different from the real left.

Let us say Iran bought 10 J-10 from China. Unfortunately, tension between Iran and Israel is still high. Since Israel already rule Iranian sovereign airspace, if Israel destroy just two out of those 10, does Iran still have an air force? Who is going to fly the rest?

Bottom line is this, China will not sell any jet unless somehow Iran is allowed by outside powers to have an air force. There is no point in selling if some day in the future, a Chinese made Iranian J-10 is shot down or destroyed on the ground and the video is all over the internet.

Frankly speaking, it will take Iran decades to rebuild its air force. There is no point in buying one or two weapons now. Because what you are facing is the American combat system, not the F35 that is purely visible to the naked eye. Neither the J10C nor the SU35 can save you at the moment. Even if you get these weapons, it will only bring you greater losses. There is no point in arguing about this; your leadership needs to truly recognize the importance of the Air Force and re-engage in rational long-term planning. Instead of issuing meaningless battle slogans.

When have you ever seen the Chinese government do anything as stupid and reckless as you claim?

If the Chinese government agrees to sell fighter jets, then it is bound to be a complete combat system including fighter jets, and it is bound to have Iranian pilots trained in China until they are combat ready.

China won't take the bet lightly if it can't ensure victory. If China bets on it, that means Israel is bound to lose the next war. The Chinese government's style has always been so efficient and cautious, which is why it never loses.

That's the truth.

Iran needs at least ten to twenty years to rebuild its air force.

The Iranian government has to be mentally prepared to fight a protracted war with Israel for decades. Strategically, it can scorn its opponent, but tactically it must pay attention to it.

It is not only the military field that Iran needs to reform, but also the diplomatic field. To defeat its enemies, it must unite with all those it can. To Pushing the countries of the Islamic world into the Israeli camp is not a shame for such countries, but a shame for Iran. Iran should repair its diplomatic relations with these countries. This war, in which these countries clearly opposed the invasion of Iran by Israel and the US, resulted in the US B2s having to take off from their homeland to bomb Iran halfway around the world. This is enough to show that the door to reconciliation is not completely relations and both sides still have a common language and common interests.
