Bottom line is this, China will not sell any jet unless somehow Iran is allowed by outside powers to have an air force. There is no point in selling if some day in the future, a Chinese made Iranian J-10 is shot down or destroyed on the ground and the video is all over the internet.

Because what you are facing is the American combat system, not the F35 that is purely visible to the naked eye. Neither the J10C nor the SU35 can save you at the moment. Even if you get these weapons, it will only bring you greater losses. There is no point in arguing about this; your leadership needs to truly recognize the importance of the Air Force and re-engage in rational long-term planning. If the Chinese government agrees to sell fighter jets, then it is bound to be a complete combat system including fighter jets, and it is bound to have Iranian pilots trained in China until they are combat ready.

The Iranian government has to be mentally prepared to fight a protracted war with Israel for decades. Strategically, it can scorn its opponent, but tactically it must pay attention to it.
