Pakistan can, if Iran asks, train Iranian pilots. Temporarily station Iranian J-10Cs in Pakistan till the time Iranian pilots are ready and they have accumulated around 30+ J-10Cs. This way they can ensure that the J-10cs (first batch of 8-10) is not destroyed by Israel upon arrival in Iran .

Iran can also have annual air force exercises, one with China, one with Pakistan, and one trilateral exercises involving Pakistan, China, and Iran (maybe even turkey). This way Iranian pilots will quickly learn battle planing and how to conduct real action.

From Chinese perspective, why should China sell advanced military weapons to Iran that will anger its Gulf Arab allies, the Israelis, and by extension the US?

Maybe. Maybe not. But I hope you understand that Iran's actions in recent history have been anything but honest, in fact quite shrewd and deceitful, one such event being directly firing missiles into Pakistan.

By all sensible predictions, they will rebuild (if they do so), and go back to being arrogant. No hate to any Iranian individual but the state often takes that form.

China does care, especially considering that what is at stake is the unfavorable balance for Iran, which is a member of BRICS.

I very much doubt that China has a secret agreement with Israel; in fact, the only option for any Middle Eastern state to acquire comprehensive BVR capabilities is China, because Russian politics are dominated by Zionism and I have always said that Russia cannot be trusted when it comes to Israel.

The sale of J-10CE fighters to Iran will not harm any of China's relations with the Gulf states, whose capabilities are far beyond Iran's.

If the IRIAF uses the J-10CE for air superiority, it may be able to conduct some DCA against the IAF in Iraqi airspace, but they cannot go as far as Syria without at least some tankers.
