My understanding is US used dozens of EW planes to jam the radars and destroyed them with Tomahawks and Israeli ALBMs. S200 and S300 can’t put up much of a fight against that.

Immortals posted a video of what appears to be a drone taking out a Tor and the radar wasn't even extended.

GCC has intercepted thousands of drones and hundreds of BMs without their airforce.

On TV here a few days ago they mentioned that Americans were using Growlers

Even though Iran bought TOR-M1 in 2008. It’s really a Cold War system and doesn’t even have digital displays. It’s mostly using analog.

So not a very modern system in 2008, let alone in 2026.

Maybe was not deployed or working. Or maybe it was ordered to change locations or just arrived at that location. Who knows.

Takes time to set them up and facing the correct attack vector.

It appears the first 48 hours, Iran was taken by surprise again.

Thats u applying logic, in reality Iran didn't tried SEAD mission , Iran tried DEAD relying on their basic BM.

The reality is Iran doesn't have any asset for SEAD mission, no air-force to suppress their radars and early warning system or any equivalent means.

Iranian radar were under heavy SEAD, espionage , so they cant lock targets freely, like aircraft and incoming projectiles.

If Iran had a potent air force of 200 jets it would've able to encounter US-Israeli SEAD operations, those systems could've operated more openly.

As @Immortals said iran needed thousands of AD systems with robust networks and integrated proven sensor fusions of different radar and elector-optical systems.

In the field of radar technology Russia and Belarus is no where to china. U should have followed the electronics designs of EM sensors of Chinese footprint. Russians are good at interceptor design. But their electronics are way behind than china.

If they turn of the radar anti radiation missiles or drones will target them, that is why they're working just in passive mode.
If they turn It on must be few seconds and silence radar.
