no its not the case , if any body have the complaint . the complaint can be i don't like the name of Iran representative so the deal must go off.
if the guy don't change his name to one they like they can ask the advanced committee and if he even change it , they can again say we didn't accept it because we still remember the old name and then unsc had to decide the deal must go on or not.

its ridiculous you don't understand the must basic and crucial part of JCPOA and like to talk about the deal and .........................

according to deal was it china duty to redesign Arak reactor or Not?

china clean mess , no go and read what was obligation of P5+1 after Iran remove heart of Arak reactor.
you guys blame zarif , blame rouhani , but never mention the fact their boss agreed to deal every body who was anybody agree to it.
you say EU and USA didn't honor their duty but god forbade anybody point out even Russia and china didn't adhere to their duties

Who cares about obligations?

No country in the world would do that. Be it China or Russia or USA. Learn how to live in this jungle where might is right.

Zarif destroyed the already existing nuclear reactor and then opened his hand infront of other global powers like a beggar. What kind of a dumbfuck would do that?

Chinese are not idiots. They won't sacrifice their own benefits because of Zarif's shit.

in your first sentence you say who care about obligation . and at your second you say zarif destroyed already existing reactor.
first zarif signed a deal after all the top guys who were ruling Iran and their word carry any weight agreed to that. he never ordered destruction of a reactor if nobody care about obligation why those guys agreed to it

second building that core was hard the first time after that its a lot easier. why Raeesi didn't order it being rebuilt ?

Chinese agreed to do that and because of what Iran removed the core then they didn't honor their end of bargain and you support them for that. and funny i and mr. Zarif are the traitor here.
funny part 16 January 2016 is adaptation date on may 2018 USA withdraw it mean more than 2 year and china was supposed to give Iran the new design in 1-1.5 year . they didn't honor the deal they sign even before USA withdrawal
