This is not accident it seems, is this normal for state heads to fly in such weather conditions without any back up arrangements? otherwise why would iran security protocols allow such high-profile official to fly in such conditions.

Fog can appear suddenly in hilly terrain, within 10-15 minutes. Its a natural phenomenon. Nothing unusual here. Likely there was no fog when the clearance was given by security, then atmosphere suddenly changed.

Iran can purchase new helicopters from Russia as they are quite good at helicopters. There is no reason for Iran to take such risks.

Dont follow Iranian media for anything because it's always fake or misleading news about anything. They dont know where the helicopter is but they know it was a hard landing lmao. Just switch to al jazeera.

There were reports that the president wasn’t on the helicopter, he was in a car on the way to Tabriz. We now know this wasn’t true.

There were other reports, such as that someone on the helicopters was in touch with the outside world, but that has proven not true.

The big question is whether the president had a satellite phone for emergencies. What we do know now is that the president is missing and everyone is looking for him.

The term ‘hard landing’ was used at first to describe what happened, but now we don’t know.

We don’t have solid information, we’re relying on Iranian sources to tell us what happened and they don’t know. They are all mobilised now trying to find the president.
