Usa/Israel will not back down from their demands, can they risk Iran in 20 years with 3 x more missiles, more powerful weapons. If they remove sanctions Iran with new wealth will become 10x more powerful.

I absolutely see no reason why Iran would concede the caps on the missiles program now that it has:
1) Proven to be able to control the Strait
2) Destroyed much of the local American bases
3) Able to majorly hurt the global economy
4) Finds Trump in a very unpopular war
5) American offensive capabilities majorly depleted (NY Times' main news today)

Anyway, enough talking with you about it. You keep repeating the same without any data or logic to backup your claim of Iran's surrender. Ain't happening!

Exact same game plan was done against Iraq Saddam Hussain. UN inspectors were in Iraq dismantling their squd missiles, meanwhile Usa was planning full blown war and once everything was destroyed and UN inspectors cleared Iraq was no threat they invaded.

The Iranian ballistic missiles able to target Israel were the key bone of contention in the Oman talk and remain the key in the ongoing Islamabad Talks. I posted an interview of a former Israeli Amb. Michael Herzog about the missiles and the Islamabad Talks. But now because Israel has invaded Lebanon, that country has become another major issue in the negotiations.
I believe the Strait and the fissile material issues will be worked out; they are good bargaining chip in Iran's hands but they will be worked out. Remember Araghchi himself said after the Islamabad Talks Round One that an MOU was 'inches' away.

If the Usa removed all sanctions against Iran, gives gurantees Iran will not be attacked then why wouldn't Iran open the Strait of Humuz, or get Uranium under UN inspectors or downgrade everything. Iran afterall claims they dont have the bomb nor is planning for it. Iran will become powerful if sanctions are removed. I am guessing Usa Israel want more, especially the end of missile production, they assassinated all leadership and want the new ones to submit, they also want a new regime, some rulers who are willing to be puppets. But exact game plan as Iraq, aswell as Hizbollah and Hamas since Israel wants them to get rid of all offensive weapons.

US is running out options since the deadline for mandatory congress approval of the war waged by Trump is within days. Trump needs to stop this war by that deadline. So either reaching a ceasefire deal with Iran or infinite extension of “ temporary ceasefire “ is the only options for trump at his end.

Though Mr. Khamenei was gravely wounded, he is mentally sharp and engaged, according to four senior Iranian officials familiar with his health. One leg was operated on three times, and he is awaiting a prosthetic. He had surgery on one hand and is slowly regaining function. His face and lips have been burned severely, making it difficult for him to speak, the officials said, adding that, eventually, he will need plastic surgery.

I think all this talk claims are false. Every day, same lies. What aragchi wants? Why Iran doesn't want to talk to united states directly? It looks like a circus and Pakistan is giving false hopes.

Just let him go to Moscow or Muscat. We should stop all negotiations now. There is no point. Aragchi doesn't represent irgc. Vahidi must come out of the tunnel and head to Pakistan if Iran wants to settle issues. Whole country is fooling Pakistan and it's like a circus where aragchi has to accept some demands and after reaching Tehran, everything resets. Is this a joke? They will repeat same drama again.
 
Will be interesting what protocol we give the Americans. Iran FM got honour guard, red carpet and met by Dar and Munir.

Kushner and Witkoff are not at Ministerial level.....

Why are you surprised or offended if Iran is indeed "stringing USA along"? Why wouldn't they seek any opening to confuse and misdirect their enemy if they are truly facing a war for survival?

The real question is, has Iran been able to shore up its defences, energy sources, and supply lines during this intermezzo?
