Entire chain of command of Hezbollah has been eliminated, including the infamous figure of Hezbollah, Nasrallah. Hezbollah is about to be sidelined in Lebanon and the US is actively pursuing that as we speak. Hamas will no longer participate in the governance of Gaza, lost many of its soldiers, is no longer a military threat to Israel and Gaza will remain partly occupied even after Hamas fulfills all its obligations in the agreement, and assuming that Israel honors its promises, which it never does.
Losing commanders is the nature of war. Israelis themselves lost many high-ranking commanders but they never admit them due to censorship. Besides your comparison is off the mark. The Palestinian resistance is confined to a small enclave that is controlled from all sides. There was no single ammunition provided to them due to the blockade on them. The Israelis on their end receive tens of billions of military aid from US, Germany, France, Italy, UK, and many others in addition to intelligence and other forms of support.
Israel lost only ~7K soldiers in Gaza, per their official claims. 465 killed in action, 6,249 injured. I have no idea where your 80K claim comes from but that is certainly not their own admission officially.
Hamas on the other hand lost ~10K soldiers (killed in action) and the number of wounded is unknown but a reasonable estimate is a ratio of 2-3 wounded for 1 KIA. At least ~65K civilians have been killed, over 150K have been severely injured, probably crippled or suffering from physical trauma for life, more than 90% of the Gaza Strip has been flattened by carpet bombing, millions have become homeless.
It is ridiculous to try to see some sort of balance in this. It was completely one sided by all means.
Their casualty rates came from their (Israeli) ministry of war and the Israeli National Insurance Institute. This is how it is being summarized:
"

️ #Israel: 1150 Killed in the Ranks of the Army and Security Forces Since October 7, and
80 Thousand Wounded by Hostile Acts

️ Hebrew Channel 12 reported, citing the Israeli Ministry of Army, that the number of killed soldiers and security forces since October 7, 2023, reached 1150 killed, including 1035 soldiers, during operations in the #Gaza Strip, Lebanon, and the West Bank.

️ The numbers include those killed during the initial attack by the Hamas movement, the subsequent Gaza war, and the confrontations on the northern front with "Hezbollah."

️
In a separate context, the Israeli National Insurance Institute revealed that 978 Israeli civilians were killed since the October 7 attack, and approximately 80 thousand Israelis were classified as wounded by "hostile acts," including about 30 thousand suffering from psychological disorders resulting from the war and attacks."
Under the circumstances the Palestinian resistance groups in Gaza are in, they fought the largest and strongest military in the Middle East backed by the whole Western trans-Atlantic alliance for full 2 years. It is miracle that they're still fighting.
