Having different jets from different manufacturers also gives your enemy more headaches in terms of accounting for multitudes of threats from platforms of different capabilities, varied array of weapons and thus different employments.
Helps PAF with keeping it's options open. If the entire PAF was made up if JF-17s and Russia stopped the RD-93 support you would be screwed.
You are missing conformal fuel tank in your list. It's critical for maritime patrol, deep pnetration and it frees up hard points for more munitions.
