KPK also return money to federal based on its population size. It wasnt some random calculation where punjab was asked to return more and others didn't pay much. If your population is larger, this means you get paid more, but if there is need to return back you will return back more.

And saying allocation doesn't matter, then why even go through the budget approval shitshow ? Why was establishment getting sweet with PTI and asking it to present and approve KPK budget so that they allow meeting with IK ?

Just because KPK is doing something good which it is expdcted to do, and allocated more for health and education , 16% more than punjab. So suddenly it doesn't matter ?

I asked chatgpt to go through the news articles and budget speech and develop a similar infograph for KPK 2026-27 budget. Here is what I got in response.




Key point for this budget is the 50 billion allocation for sehat card. It is 15 billion more than last year. Because KPK introduced OPD services under sehat card as well last year (pilot project from mardan) and it planned to expand that to whole province. So 50 billion for sehat card which gives you all sort of treatments as well as OPD services tests, medication etc are also covered now. Before this OPD were not covered in Sehat card.

2. This is not the appropriate thread to discuss Punjab rand! rona. Its about KPK. You can draw comparisons but leave it there. If you got 900 billion surplis, use it. No other province enjoy surplus.
3. If these figures CM afridi imagined, then federal government should refuting them. Atta tartar loves press conferences. He can do one on this as well with all stats and proofs.


All that matters is, KPK police will get 21% more funds as compare to last year, 11% more for education, 21% more for health, and 43% more for sehat card as compare to last year.

Police, Health, and Education alone makeup 50% of our total spending. Our priorities are set,. Punjab me shaghoor se pait ni barta hoga but KPK me Bharta hy.
