170kg warhead to 100km range is a serious capability. contrast with Katyashu rockets with 20kg warhead to 40km range.

should note this rocket is unguided and Hezbollah has possessed this since at least 2006, and it used it in 2006 against Haifa as well. so this is not a new capability.

Precision guided short range ballistic missile. Not clearly a copy of any existing Iranian missile system. Perhaps a modified version of the BM-250 with reduced range and larger warhead, or a custom design.
