List of countries by incarceration rate

See Sweden as example.

Sweden rape rate was near to zero before immigration enrichment.

Now they are world's champions in that crime.

Yeah, some zones in central America (Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua) have higher killing rates than war zones due to drug traffic and young criminal gangs.

Anyway, about crime stats we must see difference between
1. Crimes that any citizen can be a random victim
2. Crime that only affect to criminal gang members

I dont care about point 2.
Public concern is point 1.

You're mixing graphs, in the previous post you talked about murder rate, in the new post the graph is about civilian guns per capita.

In murder rate, Central America beats to USA, and even to Iraq in war time :ROFLMAO:.

You're a such a far right conspiracy nutter. Stop watching Rebel News and Lauren Southern for information, they'll smooth your brain even more.

You could've made a simple google search or even asked chatgpt for an explanation.
In your country, a man raping a woman 10 times is counted as 1 rape case, in Sweden it's counted as 10 separate offences. The way Sweden counts rapes is unique and dramatically inflates numbers.

From ChatGPT

Sweden's high reported rape statistics often stem from factors related to legal definitions, cultural norms, and policies rather than a higher prevalence of actual sexual violence compared to other countries. Here are key reasons why Sweden appears high in these statistics:

1.

  • Sweden has one of the broadest definitions of rape in the world. It includes non-consensual acts that might not be classified as rape in other countries, such as sexual coercion or exploitation under a wide range of circumstances.
  • Since 2018, Sweden implemented a consent-based law, where any sexual act without explicit consent can be considered rape, increasing the number of incidents that are legally defined and reported as such.

2.

  • Sweden actively encourages victims to report crimes. There is less stigma associated with reporting sexual violence compared to many other countries.
  • High trust in law enforcement and public awareness campaigns also contribute to higher reporting rates.

3.

  • In Sweden, every instance of repeated assault is counted as a separate offense. For example, if someone experiences multiple assaults by the same perpetrator, each assault is logged as an individual case, inflating the statistics.
  • This differs from other countries, where only one "case" might be recorded regardless of the number of assaults involved.

4.

  • Sweden has transparent and robust systems for recording crimes. It consistently collects and publishes detailed crime data, making it appear higher in comparison to countries with less comprehensive reporting systems.

5.

  • Swedish society places a strong emphasis on gender equality, which may lead to heightened awareness of sexual violence and lower tolerance for behaviors that might go unreported elsewhere.

Misinterpretations

  • The high numbers are often misunderstood or misrepresented as indicating that Sweden is unsafe or has rampant sexual violence, which isn't necessarily the case. Instead, these statistics reflect proactive policies, legal frameworks, and societal attitudes towards addressing sexual violence.

Comparisons with Other Countries

  • Countries with stricter laws but lower reporting and less transparent systems might appear safer, even if the reality is different. In contrast, Sweden’s approach seeks to confront and address the issue openly, even if it leads to higher reported numbers.
In summary, Sweden’s position in rape statistics highlights differences in legal definitions, reporting practices, and societal attitudes rather than an unusually high prevalence of sexual violence.

I suspect you are referring to the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution. An honest read of this document, in the context that it was written in, would make it obvious that it is only giving Americans the right to "keep and bear arms" in the context of states maintaining "well-regulated militias" - in other words, US citizens have the right to keep and bear arms when serving in the state's National Guard.
The Fourth Amendment had nothing to do with your random Joe across the road keeping personal firearms.

However, the corrupt US Supreme Court has, in recent decades, re-interpreted the Fourth Amendment to allow for unlimited sale of firearms by gun manufacturers.
Moreover, billions of $$ have been spent lobbying the Congress & White House and manipulating media coverage.
All of this has resulted in the current culture of gun lunacy in the US where there are more firearms floating around than people.
2nd Amendment to the US Constitution

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Thanks for the correction - I meant to refer to the 2nd Amendment (Right to keep and bear arms) and not the Fourth Amendment (protection against unreasonable search and seizure).
