The Philippines should be armed to the teeth to protect itself from any aggressor

sorry to say, i don't think it will be happening (or anytime soon). The PH is a poor country and America can no longer finance poor nations militaries. Either pay up cash and hope u get something.......or there's nothing
Either way, the american global hegemony has taken huge hit from the war on iran, and it has alot of consequences.
Which means for a lot of countries they wont be getting any new toys from america, no matter how much licking they can do.

How dumb are those Filipinos to not realize this ??

I agree for the most part. It's just my personal opinion that the Philippines should be armed to the teeth.

Vietnam should also be armed to the teeth for that matter.

Lol, you know very well the Filipino ship illegally parked on the Chinese reef for two decades now. They promised to China to tow away the ship from the reef many times long time ago, but refused to actually carry out. The Filipino has constantly provoked or attacked Chinese coast guard in the SCS for the past few years, you think China should absolutely do nothing, lol..
