No JF-17 B3 with PL-15 Air to Air Missile (yet)

In fact there was a second image posted today on Twitter showing the same aircraft a bit clearer with what appears to be a PL-15 under its wings, but I wasn‘t able to save it and it seems to be gone!

Thanks ! Just found it too ... However, I must admit, now after second sight, I don't think it is a PL-15. Whatever it is, is not long enough for a PL-15.

Yes, therefore just a theory! Could it be something different? Another AAM, maybe even the rumoured FAAZ-II BVR missile developed by GIDS, and developed from FAAZ-I?

However all images I know are IMO just placeholders like this:

it looks to be an IR-AAM, based off of the two pictures the nose is a bit rounded.

Maybe its a PL-10? Maybe some sort of test gear, or maybe...

I recall, in a Denel end of year presser/statement they were talking about their goals/roadmap, one of them was certifying/integrating the A Darter onto the JF-17.

yes, It is just a launcher pylon, these sections are crucial for communication of weapon and aircraft

Looks like a hard point attachment, possibly for PL15. Definitely not a missile
