The Zhob Valley Railway is a golden chapter in the history of Balochistan. It connected the people living in the mountains to the world, promoted trade, and played an important role in the regional culture. But the expansion of roads and modern means of travel ended this rare rail service in 1986. Today, only its ruins, the remains of the stations, and local memories remain.
