Those are domestic enemies, eventually, who would turn towards Islam; the others were outsiders who never had any link to our region. In my life since school until now, we were taught of how such and such Islamic warriors, statesmen, and women who showed particular virtues such as forgiveness and leniency and constantly swallowed them, nearly programmed to prepare the docile minorities to be like them, but the reality was different as they wanted that treatment themselves, but they wouldn't reciprocate.
