Russians don't seem to be bothered about the bad combat record and negative image of their T-90s and BMPs as destroyed and burnt being shown to the world.

Offensives by Russian piecemeal formations hardly make a dent in enemy's defensive lines. Russian is creating a war of attrition for Ukraine. In fact, drones negate the concept of war of attrition. It comes down to economy, who can produce/acquire and throw in more drones repeatedly.
