I would like to slightly differ. The future of increasing #of jets may belong to stealthy unmanned jet platforms like KE and ANKA-3 etc. which can automously operating at a fraction of manned platforms lifetime cost including constant training.....
Pakistan will go heavy on manned one's and for the right reasons. We have excelled in EW. We jammed India's data links as well as Satellite systems that were providing guidance to Indian jets and missiles.
We are technologically extremely experienced in EW domain. With India's growing defense budget nearing $ 80 billion, they will also put a lot of money into EW as they now understand the importance of it. Israeli is also an EW advance country that will help India.
Under these future dynamics, you couldn't employ unmanned systems because they work on data feed. That feed is risky. So I think we'll see loyal wingman employment in large numbers post 2030 than KE and ANKA. We will have some of these though.
You could argue that KE or ANKA may be two good platforms for CAP duties also in peacetime complementing JFT's "workhorse" capability.
