PAF Precision Strike on Terrorists Hideout

Not that i'm questioning the footage/result...

...however, who the hell was Recording a major terrorist house/hideout & knew when the laser-guided weapon would hit it & not fear for his life in the process?!!

There will eventually come a time where the administration in KP will have to be entirely sidelined through an emergency or otherwise. I don't know if it's complicity or incompetency but the country can't keep suffering due to it.

At one point you have to call out the bullshit, call out the bluff, and tank the consequences.

IK nor any politician, nor any terrorist sympathizer, should be able to damage security. Simply add them to the counter terrorism campaign. Initial backlash is always hard but necessary if you want real results.
There should be no politics when it comes to national security. The only reason Pakhtunkhwa is suffering is because PTI and that yahoo consider themselves and their interests above national security.

PTI consists of individuals that love the Taliban, no surprise there given the founder himself is an extremist

Artillery is fired in barrages, unlike in OP , you don't fire a single Artillery shel
Not necessarily, A dialed in Arty crew and good forward observer can pin point the drop the zone

You are indirectly blaming religion for all the mess .... Afghan are acting upon the literalist interpretation of islam ....instead of blaming the army blame your scholars/ intellectuals who failed to reform the religion to the needs of present era .

Afghans are not acting upon religion. This is the excuse they've weaponised.

It's all ethnic chauvinism and extremism. Tribal Nazis.

They need to be ruthlessly airstriked in a manner that establishes a proper deterrence, real damage to life & property to establish clear red lines.

There will eventually come a time where establishment and military command will have to answer why there is so high surge in terrorist attacks in recent 2.5 years ? Tell me how many terrorist attacks happened in KPK and Pakistan in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and then tell me for 2022, 2023, 2024, and this year.

PTI when in centre, did bring peace. PDM-1 and PDM-2 failed to do so. Establishment brought them and this is reality.

So establishment not only failed on doing its job of security but also brought someone in centre who are totally incompetent to do anything.

NOw who will have to answer for that ? I am sure your answer is going to Imran Khan and PTI.

How can you blame the establishment when this is the sitting government in KP?

PTI when in centre had an illusion of peace. Bending to the will of terrorists allowing them to strengthen themselves temporarily mimicking peace is not peace. PTI created a more powerful monster that was amplified once Afghanistan came under the Taliban too.

Ye title change hone wali baat aap gool kr gye. Khair.

It's PTI (Imran Khan) stance since day one that only way to end this TTP issue is through dialogue. Nothing has changed in this regard as far as PTI is concerned.

Now , about a different stance of KPK then centre. It is totally normal. In USA, when trump announced abortion ban. Many state governments went to court against that. When trump again removed the citizenship by birth from constitution, 20+ states again went to court against that and even refused to act upon it. So for a province/state to have a different stance on an issue then the centre is not something new or unheard of. It is pretty much common in such systems.

Now, the main issue is , weither dialogue is a good approach ? Will it work ? Well it did work when PTI-IK-Bajwa-Establishment brought them back to Pakistan and helped them settle back in their regions. You had the lowest terror attacks and casualties in decades thanks to IK policies. I mean we have hard data to support the statement that it worked. What IK was saying did worked. He told us there will be no drone attacks and then we actually saw that for 3.5 years there were no drone attacks at all. ZERO. They soom resumed after IK was gone. Now who should be blamed for that ?

Don't make a devil out of KPK and PTI. They are not. Your short-sightedness is the devil here. Your "might is right" is the issue here. You are too proud to hear even the opposite stance how will you even look into its pros and cons ?

My point was that the claim that the policy worked is false, it brought temporary peace which allowed the TTP to strengthen its numbers, regroup, and once Taliban took control of Afghanistan, return stronger.

The peace was fake. You were duped. Just because they temporarily didn't attack you, you falsely took it as security.

Secondly, the idea that different regions in a country can have wildly different approaches to something as extremely important as national security/counter-terrorism is also absurd. If you can't even agree on coherency on such a serious issue then it will perpetually remain in chaos. You can't all tug in different directions expecting to be serious. This isn't something simple like agreeing on abortion or not, it's an armed terrorist grouo that required coherent policy.

The moment IK started protesting the drone strikes he doomed us.

He legitimized the proxy wing of Taliban who were providing cover for them when hiding out in NWFP during the WOT.

He should have been convincing KPK and FATA to reject the Taliban and let the drones do their work.

How many thousands of lives did it cost? The outcome of foolish simple minded people in high positions.

Im going to be a Bhaktora and say “There was fire, explosions - building damaged but since there are no pictures of the dead body showing the face of the target there was no damage done - it just a minor mistake by the terrorists to expose their location otherwise PAF did no damage and strikes failed”
