I am from Kotli, Azad Kashmir and I can personally confirm only civilians were hit here.
4 out of 5 casualties were people to whom I knew personally or thorough some friends/relatives. No connection to any organization or something similar.
Infact 3 were just students.

I've seen posts/rumors/comments on Twitter from the same CNN journalistic group that the shocking intel was in fact that India is going to bomb Chaklala and other bases.

No idea if true or not.

Modi bombing Chaklala and other Pak bases? How? With drones? All those drones that Indians were sending, while might be dangerous, can at most act as an irritant at the most. Drones don't and cannot destroy airbases.

For every airbase in Pakistan attacked by India with drones, Pakistan would have flatten one of India's whole airbase. Pakistan clearly has the capability to do that and has already demonstrated it.

If Modi had any capability to substantially damage Pak airbases, he would have used that before going and frantically begging to the US.
