Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

@Developereo seems my hunch was correct

They are spending big.

The upper limit of the emergency procurement cost is ₹24,000 crore.
Pakistan, China and Turkey must ensure that they have no money left to divert the Indus water......

The West should milk even their bulls dry....

If you have a look at the tenders it's not just big ticket items its everything from service rifles, machine pistols, thermal vision goggles, anti riot weapons, anti thermal webbing, camouflage netting... There are two tenders for repair of airfield but the tender document wont open so I can inspect which ones 😂

Looks like the Last Afgans won't have the last cards to avenge for the Hindutva's loss...

The IAF pilots are super happy for their super achievements! I am pretty sure the Pentagon Boys are also happy that the Pindi Boys have done the job to relinquish some of their anguish....

Indians are boosting their ability to inflict damage as well at infantry level, this specific tender is likely for a drone that can fire their handheld Gustav & AT4 from Sweden.

They are likely going to use these on the border at forward Pakistani bunkers.

The other tenders are also mostly for anti drone air defence that is cheap & affordable.

From reading these tender docs, it seems on the surface:

1. The Indian Givt is mobilising NCC training- lots of tenders for .22 rifles, air rifles, targets, range upgrades, indoor shooting ranges, scopes, uniform, consumables and user handbooks for various weapon systems and daily consumables. (Somthing Pakistan should focus on too.).
2. It seems Indian army expended a lot of ammo or is woefully ill-prepared judging by the amount of resupply.
3. Various brigades have tenders open from Jammu, interior India, Indo-Tibet and even West Bengal.
4. There are some high ticket items including one time repair and upgrading of a launcher tube for a submarine, SAM warheads and missile systems.
5. Clearly interior security in IOK is a concern for India - lots of tenders for ammo, submachine guns, anti riot guns, barbed wire.
6. Hospital tenders for MH for consumables and specialised medication, haemostats (to stop bleeding).
7. From the repair tenders it is apparent we have hit and damaged at least two air bases, 30 bullet proof bunkers, one underground atry ammo KOTE(Magaine/storage), several radio towers.

India is spending a lot on an actual war footing. Now you tell me, are these the actions of a nation seeking peace with her neighbouring nations?

Yes that is why I included it.

But when I look back at past incidents — 1965, 1971, 1984, and 1999 — it’s clear that there were major blunders on both sides of the military leadership. Still, some individuals rose above the chaos and did their duty with courage and conviction.

As an Indian, I feel safe until we have — like Syed Adil Hussain Shah, the policeman who tried to snatch a gun during the April attack in Pahalgam and lost his life, and Tukaram Omble, who faced the terrorists head-on during the 2008 Mumbai attacks and lost his life.

When a country is served by people like that — those who aren’t afraid to take a bullet to protect others — it gives the entire nation a sense of safety. Not just because of their weapons or uniforms, but because of their courage. Their presence says: “You’re not alone. I’ve got your back.”

I am sure similar people are found in Pakistan as well.

However, military planners of both sides made so many mistakes in the past, can't say who is better planner at the present day
How would you rate another patriotic hero of the 1971 war, Major General Subheg Singh, who lost his life at the hands of "terrorists " in Operation Blue Star in 1984? Do you feel safe in India with people like Major General Subheg Singh and the men whom led?

It would appear Indian's used the Python 5 Missile during the conflict - these missiles can be carried by fighter jets and also used in the Spyder SAM system - this missile is a WVRAAM (Within-Visual-Range-Air-to-Air Missile) and is of Israeli Origin.

The discovery of this wreckage indicates that either IAF Aircraft or the Spyder SAM battery was used to country Pakistani drones inside Indian Airspace on the 10th of May 2025.
Most probably Spyder.

Is there any wreckage found of meteor? Or astra? Or r77 for that matter?

Did these guys not fire a SINGLE SHOT!? Whilst they were getting hammered by pl15s?

Idk if this isn't ABSOLUTE DOMINANCE than what is.
Whispering death. They didn't know what hit them.
