Early Western aid mainly consisted of portable defensive weapons such as the FGM-148 Javelin and NLAW, plus ammunition, intelligence sharing, and financial support.
Heavy Western equipment had not yet arrived in significant numbers until mid way through the war.
Russia held the following advantages;
Personnel: roughly parity overall (about 1:1).
Tanks and armoured vehicles: roughly 1.5–2:1 Russia.
Artillery: roughly 2–3:1 Russia.
Combat aircraft: roughly 3–5:1 Russia.
Now look at the damage Ukraine has done to Russia, what do you think Pakistan could do to Indian forces? No wonder your military chiefs were eager to a ceasefire even though supposedly having Pakistan on the backfoot. BS that only your people believe and the world laughed at.
