Retaliation in Numbers, My Analysis:

: Pakistan dropped combined TNT explosives on India in 5 hours which was equivalent to combined TNT dropped on India during 1965 war … the retaliatory strikes were massive and unfathomable by Indian military command.

Pakistan Strike in TNT:

Pakistan dropped 160,000 pounds of TNT dropped on India in 5 hours, on 32 targets. Pakistani yield hitting target more than 90%, as Fateh 1 is reaching target at more than Mach 4, next to impossible to intercept as it primarily using inertial guidance system, cannot be jammed and cannot be intercepted.

Indian Strike in TNT:

india dropped, 60,000 -72,000 lbs of TNT on Pakistan in 4 days, using a combination of Scalps, Drones, and Brahamos. Pakistan claims that 50%- 75% were intercepted. lets compare how much of that TNT was effective, Pakistan successfully intercepted 2/3 of that Explosives, effective yeild btw 20,000 lbs - 26,000 lbs on Pakistani targets.

Conclusion:

This is a massive victory by Pakistan Military, due to intensity of strikes on India in terms of TNT.

Pakistan should develop asymmetric strike means. It should focus on developing four types of forces: nuclear weapons, air force, submarines and missiles.

PAF should come out of the comfort zone of Air superiority fighter like J10C. Yes, J10C is bound to bring good exchange ratio. Utilizing better radar missiles and high speed advantage, leave immediately after launching missiles out of line of sight and of course the enemy can't shoot you down. But J10C can't penetrate deep into enemy airspace to strike vital enemy targets for offensive missions, then it will only bring tactical victories, not strategic ones.PAF needs heavy ground striking platforms, it needs to take on more strategic offensive missions for Pakistan. Strategic balance can only be achieved by being able to strike important ground assets. Just shooting down a few fighter jets does not really deter a major power like India.

Pakistan also needs a submarine force as professional and good as PAF. It can even give up medium and large surface ships for this purpose. Defend the coast with land based naval fighters and missile boats and threaten the security of India's shipping lanes with an elite submarine force.

Pakistan also needs to build up a huge inventory of missiles and drones. High-end missiles and drones, as well as low-end cheap missiles and drones, need to be stockpiled in large quantities. The stockpile should be of such a quantity that it can last through the entire war until Chinese assistance arrives.

Another thing: drones in our cities. Ask the question: has the enemy created sleeper cells that start flying armed drones in our cities, giving the impression of drones by-passing our systems? The enemy could have created the impression of defeating our air defences and we took the bait.

This is where the audacity of the attack really played out: rather than trying to fly the drones all the way from the border, Ukraine managed to smuggle them right next to the sites it wanted to target and launched them from there.

We need to seriously look into the possibility of India smuggling drones into Pakistan and creating sleeper cells to be used in time of war. And we should analyse the recent conflict to find if any sleeper cells were active.

I have come to conclude a few facts

1) As Najam Sethi mentioned last night. The war between Pakistan and India is no longer between the two nations. It will always be India vs Pakistan and China. For example the cyber attack and the the blackout of grid stations came from China and not Pakistan. So it was actively involved at some capacity and may have been involved deeply if the matter escalated

2) Pakistan showed that it has the ability to penetrate deep inside India despite their very good Air Defense system of S-400

3) Pakistan demonstrated that PAF is technologically superior to IAF and the myth of Superior IAF is busted twice, once in 2019 and now in 2025.

4) Pakistan’s Air defence was surprisingly very potent but more investment is needed to minimise the damage

5) The reputation of J-10C have increased by 100 times. It means everyone will fear the J-35 and Pakistan will likely be the first buyer in the near future.

Point defence enhancement with missiles, CIWS, Laser and Microwave weapons.
Latest potent SAM procurement with manufacturing rights and expedite efforts for self reliance with the aim of quantity and quality.
Harden and hidden bunkers for value able assets no tin daba big hangers, recent hits on bases are clear example.
HAS on airbases should be stretched on wide area, possibly some ground Tunnels with lifts, distinct in layout, not like 4 on start and on 6 end with same pattern on all air bases.
Same applied for command bunkers on different places.
Move the NCA commands to nearby mountains.

I think we lack Bharamos style supersonic missile. We should develop longer version via HD-1 or some other Chinese missile. It should be with different variants for tri services.

I don't understand we could not use our own,Turkish or Chinese UCAVS with full results just like Armenia war.
