if there are 100 allegations against Army, they may have been involved in 50 of them but it does not mean they are included automatically in every allegation.

The situation with Imran Khan at the time of his assassination attempt wasn’t very bad. General Bajwa was still in contact with him and was proposing him to accept election in April (Wazirabad incident took place in Feb if my memory is correct) but Imran Khan wanted an election within 15 days. The bottom line is, the situation of PTI vs Army wasn’t at its weakest point at that time and there was a significant support to Imran Khan within the ranks of Army.

‏عدالتی نظام میں بیرونی ہیرا پھیری سے متعلق خدشات کے علاوہ، حالیہ رپورٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ (CJ LHC) کے چیف جسٹس پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی طرف سے وکلاء کے استعمال کو نمایاں کرتی ہیں۔ یہ کارروائیاں مبینہ طور پر CJ LHC کی پاکستان کی ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے پالتو ججوں کی تقرری میں ہچکچاہٹ کی وجہ سے ہیں، خاص طور پر جنہوں نے اے ٹی سی کورٹس میں 9 مئی 2023 کے فالس فلیگ آپریشن سے متعلق مقدمات میں فیصلہ کرنا ہے۔

‏اسٹیبلشمنٹ چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے وکلاء کو استعمال کر رہی ہے، جس کا مقصد عدالتی فیصلوں کو اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے عزائم کے تابع کرنا ہے۔ وسیع تر مضمرات سے ناواقف وکلاء کو ایسے ایجنڈوں کی حمایت میں گمراہ کیا جا رہا ہے جو انصاف اور انصاف کے اصولوں کو نقصان پہنچاتے ہیں۔

‏بنیادی وجہ: عدالتی تقرریاں

‏اس مسئلے کا مرکز چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے فوجی اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے منتخب کردہ ججوں کی تقرری کے خلاف مزاحمت ہے۔ الزامات سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ یہ جج 9 مئی 2023 کے فسادات سے متعلق من گھڑت الزامات پر عام شہریوں کے خلاف مقدمہ چلانے کی طرف مائل ہو سکتے ہیں۔ میرٹ کی بنیاد پر تقرریوں کے حوالے سے چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے موقف کو اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ایجنڈے کی راہ میں رکاوٹ کے طور پر دیکھا جاتا ہے۔

‏عدلیہ کی آزادی کا تحفظ

‏حالیہ رپورٹس نے لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس کے غیر جانبداری اور آزادی کے عزم پر روشنی ڈالی، تعصب یا جانبداری کے دعووں کا مقابلہ کیا۔ تاہم، عدالتی نظام کے اندر بیرونی ہیرا پھیری کے حوالے سے خدشات پیدا ہوئے ہیں، خاص طور پر اعظم نذیر تارڑ جیسے افراد کے ذریعے، جن پر الزام ہے کہ وہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ٹاوٹ ہیں۔

‏ان پیش رفت کی روشنی میں عدلیہ کی آزادی کو بیرونی دباؤ اور اثرات سے بچانا ناگزیر ہے۔ عدالتی تقرریوں میں پیشہ ورانہ معیارات اور غیر جانبداری کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے عزم کی حمایت کی جانی چاہیے تاکہ مقدمات کے منصفانہ فیصلے کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے، خاص طور پر ایسے مقدمات جن کے ممکنہ سیاسی اثرات ہیں۔

‏اس کے باوجود، عدالتی فیصلوں اور عمل کو متاثر کرنے کے لیے بیرونی اثرات کی وجہ سے چیلنجز برقرار ہیں۔ اعظم نذیر تارڑ جیسے افراد کی شمولیت، جو مبینہ طور پر اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے ٹاوٹس کے طور پر کام کر رہے ہیں، عدلیہ کی سالمیت کے لیے خطرہ ہیں۔ ذاتی یا ادارہ جاتی فائدے کے لیے وکلاء کو گمراہ کرنے کی ان کی کوششیں انصاف اور انصاف کے اصولوں کو کمزور کرتی ہیں۔

‏شفافیت اور احتساب کا مطالبہ

‏عدالتی حکام کو عدالتی عمل میں بیرونی مداخلت کی کسی بھی صورت کی مکمل چھان بین کرنی چاہیے اور وکلاء کو دھوکہ یا سرکاری مقدمات دے کر استعمال اور عدالتی فیصلوں پر اثر انداز ہونے کی کوشش کرنے والوں کو جوابدہ ٹھہرانا چاہیے۔ پاکستان میں قانون کی حکمرانی کو برقرار رکھنے اور تمام شہریوں کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے عدلیہ کی سالمیت کو برقرار رکھنا ضروری ہے

So, those who planned May 9th, did they ask Yasmeen Rashed, Murad Saeed, and and so many PTI leaders to go and attack military installations, show the footage of all that in livestreams? These are good statements for public consumption but not very practical under the current circumstances.

There is a strong evidence of PTIs involvement in May 9th. We cannot deny it. The Army took action by firing some of their officers and seeking justice from civilian court. Asim Munir will unlikely mend relationship with Imran Khan after this incidence and it means we will need to wait until Asim Munir retires.

It will be very awkward situation if Imran Khan becomes the Prime Minister again and the same military establishment has to listen to him again. They will unlikely follow his instructions. It is also true for Imran Khan who will be shy to give any orders to military fearing a backlash and hence it means he will only be a puppet or else won’t get the leadership.

We also have a test case in 1990s when Nawaz Sharif had an awkward situation with the military establishment in both 1993 and then in 1999. It didn’t go too well on both occasions and it is likely that Imran khan will have a similar problem again with the military if he is offered the post of the Prime Minister on the plate.

These are complex matters and both PTI and military will need to resolve and the trust factor is missing and will take years to fill that gap.

I wonder till when Army institution will continue holding the extreme burden of Asim. The kind of hatred he has attracted for entire army is mind blowing. He made ISPR a joke, He turned ISI into a third grade mafia recording personal private videos. He has morally destroyed the nation. Its not that Army wasn't doing those things in past, but there used to be a veil, there used to be some ambiguity, there used to be some sense. But Asim in his personal vengeance went above and beyond every limit. A mere servant of state, openly calls himself a state. Country will only suffer more at the hands of a psychopath. He must go for Pakistan and Pakistan Army's sake.

I fear Asim will burn the country down by his slow poison attempt at nation's most beloved leader. He will go at every length to save his own skin. He is frightened if ever IK is able to come back then IK will avenge everything which this guy has done. From abductions, tortures, murder of citizens to mandate robbery and trampling constitution when he didn't let elections to be held for so long. Corps commanders has two choices
Either support Asim munir
Or
Risk relinquishing tons of power and retirement funds

They chose obviously retirement fund

No different then Myanmar they will rather burn the country down then giving up retirement funds

This end only one way..continues corruption/death of ik or country in full blown civil war like in Myanmar (which won't happen now for good or bad )
A third possibility is IK bows down and agree to hybrid regime though people will simply call him a sell off in that situation
