But to answer your question, if the TTP is able to take over the Pakistani State and becomes its ruling government, then that will be the Govt. of Pakistan.

Almost all states are ruled by a minority that rarely has the same intetests as the majority it rules. The state exists because the majority of the people accept it as the ruling power over them. If there is no state ruling over people, there will be chaos and oppression because most people are selfish and greedy and do not care about anything other than their own interests.

So, in reality the people are at the mecry of the state, wherever or whichever state that might be.

Case example 1: The USA. A TINY minority is in a complete control of a SUPERPOWER where the large majority of that country do not have the same interests as their ruling class.

Example 2: China, even though still ruling minority, the Communist Party of China has membership numbering in 100s millions and so far the Chinese state has shown that it cares about the well-being of its people. Of course the people have to submit to the will of the government at all levels completely, which will also be the case in the USA very soon. But the US government has not been able to take care of the lives of its citizens.

Case 3: Pakistan, ruled by a tiny minority that has a zero connection and no relationship with the reality the large majority of its people live in every day. The ruling class live in their own little bubble and do not see the interests of the people as their prioroty, resulting in a myopic state of affairs and almost a failed state in every area except the military and the postmail department.

Alienating TLP and defranchising the vote bank would defeat the purpose of National Action Plan.

Government should rethink her approach with regards to dealing with sentimental issues for the masses. There are ample laws available to counter such matters without resorting to executive actions.

Brother, you are very idealistic and innocent. For India, solution of Kashmir issue means at best a formal acceptance of status quo, including the change in 2019, and, at worse , all of Kashmir being part of India.

The US policy has always been to use and throw . That is true not just for Pakistan, but almost all countries in the world except the Anglo Saxon and Western European ones and Israel. Under Trump , even traditional allies like Canada have not been spared. America cannot be trusted. One needs to be very wary of their motives.
