Assuming the russians continue to make gradual gains on Ukraine territories as they have done in the last 3 years, how long will it take for Russia to conquer 100% of Ukraine, and with how many russian casualties?

It would take 500-566 years.

Russia deaths would be 30 millions (minimum) to 100 millions (median), the maximum death rate would be more uglier. If adding the number of wounded russians the number would exceed the current Russia population.

It doesn't work like that, think of it as a dam bursting

The Ukrainians are utilising their youth, supported by a multi state alliance who provides the finance and weapons to try and hold back the russians

With all that support they have managed to somewhat block the hole in the dam, but more and more water (Russians) are getting through now

It might be slow but at some point, the dam will burst and Ukraine risks being drowned in a deluge, the only option to avoid that is negotiate and give up the east of Ukraine and accept Russian terms or do what you are doing which is fight , but lose a lot of Ukrainians to the fighting

Russia has shown no ability to exploit gains to strategic or operational advantage. Practically every amount of land gained in the last year are tactical. And they’ve suffered enormous amount of attrition.

Interestingly, the russian population have zero resistance, zero hostility towards Ukraine troops.
For most russians they don’t care they consider that’s a war of other people.


 
The russians have too much of men and materials. Lots of works for Ukraine artillery.

Russia is world's biggest country. Lots of resources. Even Napoleon and Hitler lost in Russia.
